i’m on the rigevidon contraceptive pill. I took two packs in a row with no breaks due to plans etc.i now can’t remember if the break week is 7 days and you take the pill on day 7 or day 8??? i slept with my boyfriend last night and it was day 7. everything i’ve looked at says the new pack starts on day 8. i’m slightly panicking.. is this right ?
