So i was meant to have one last pill in my pack today but I had none left so I have either took a pill twice on one day and didn’t realise, have lost a pill out of the packet or accidentally started my pack a day earlier than I was meant to. You can take ur break a day early as long as you have taken 7 pills before you start your break.

Yes, just don’t extend ur break past 7 days because you could technically ovulate on the 8th day
