Ladies I have a silly question but I need your input. I am on my reminder (inactive white pills) this week. I forgot to take one yesterday. So for today, do I take yesterday and today’s inactive pills at my normal time or just throw away Friday’s reminder pill and just take Saturday’s at my normal time?

The inactive pills don't contain any hormones so it doesn't matter if you take them or not
