(WARNING: TMI) I’m going to try and use correct terms but I’m not aware of all of them. Basically, ran out of toilet roll in the house and had to use baby wipes for a day, and I think it may have caused irritation due to being scented. The ‘inner lips’ (i think they’re called) like around the opening are like sore and the whole area feels really dry. It’s not really painful, just a bit uncomfortable. Should I visit my GP or is this something that would go away on its own?

it’ll most likely go away on its own. you probably just threw off your ph balance and it needs to run its course now.

It could be irritation or maybe an allergic reaction to the fragrances in the wipes. If so it'll probably go away shortly but if it doesn't see a doctor in case of infection. Btw the term for the inner lips is labia minora
