I didn't know exactly what category to put this under, but sometimes when i have a very intense orgasm (while being alone) i get like extreme cramping like period cramps has anyone else experienced this? i mean it is worse than my period cramps right now and it is ROUGH

Yes it’s so annoying!! I also only get them when I’m alone rather than with a partner which is weird. I haven’t noticed it happen as much since changing pill recently
