Is there a setting for notifying ”time to use pads” on this app? I use pills, so I generally have to start using a pad on the third day of rest. I want this app to notify me of that.

No that’s not an option here

Sadly there is no setting for this, you could use your phones agenda or reminder apps to get a notification on your phone.
