Hello! I have been on the mini pill for 5 months and have not had any cramps or a period being that’s what I figured would have happened. But yesterday I ended up getting my period randomly and was not prepared for that.. I had no tampons!! 🤣 Is this just a part of getting used to the pill still or do some people experience getting periods every now and then related to hormonal changes or stress? Just curious if this is normal and if others experience this at all too.
