hey guyssss, my left breast hurts but doesn’t really feel out of the ordinary compared to the other one, i check my breasts like every night so see if there’s any symptoms of anything wrong with them and the past few days my left one has been hurting like on the left side of the nipple, is this normal? is it due to my pill? i’ve been on my pill for just over a year now so i would have thought side effects would have stopped by now, i’m trying not to google much but i just worry. should i get it checked out? thanks

I personally find breast soreness to be completely normal whether I'm on or off birth control, it usually has to do with fluid retention caused by hormones

I wouldn’t worry, it’s normal to get aches and pains as you go through your cycle, try to do some massage or lymphatic drain if it feels uncomfortable and if it persists and you are worried then give your doc a call! :)
