Okay, but which brand are you on? Do you know about your pills timeframe? Also what’s considered a missed pill? I’m in no way trying to be rude but when taking meds these are all things you need to consider + chances of pregnancy since birth control is designed to keep you from getting pregnant, the inconsistency also can cause the user some side effects like nausea which is one you described.

As long as you’ve taken a pill every day and accounted for anything that could affect its effectiveness like being ill, you’re fine. You have 24 hours to take a pill on that brand before it’s counted as missed. Taking pills inconsistently can lead to experiencing heightened side effects like irregular bleeding, nausea etc
