i started taking Niacin Inositol Hexanicotinate (brand: Spring Valley at Walmart) because i heard a lot of good things about it especially for pcos ( which i have) did my research on google and drugs.com and checked for interactions between my Sprintec birth control, which none were found. but i guess im just worried cuz i also heard that inositol promotes ovulation and increase pregnancy rates but idk what this would mean for us who take birth control. idk im just confused have you guys ever taken this supplement or heard anything about it? anything will help!
