Hi, hope everyone is okay? just a quick question what’s the best way to get period blood out of underwear please?? i’ve rinsed it in cold water and it helped a little bit but some of it has turned a green colour could just be off the underwear colour x thank you x

Wash it after rinsing in cold water

in a cold water wash or a normal wash with softener etc x

Regular wash
