i got tea bags that are green tea with lemon and ginseng, and i looked up to see if ginseng will interact with birth control but im getting a lot of mixed reviews. what do y’all think?

Unless you saw in your pamphlet that ginseng interferes with your birth control I would just go with that. Make sure that what you’re reading is from reliable sources!

Are these mixed reviews backed up by scientific research?

Unless it is on this list, I don't worry about it: St. John's Wort, many Anticonvulsants, certain Antiretrovirals, Anti-TB medications like rifampicin and rifabutin, Ulipristal Acetate (Ella One EC) and griseofulvin.
