Took my pill (combined) 1,5hs late yesterday and had unprotected sex, app says I’m not protected even though I always take it at the same time and never miss a day, should I take day after pill?

The app runs on the wrong settings unless you edit it manually.
1,5 late isn’t missed for any type of pill.

You have a 24 hour window on combination brands! As said above change your settings manually for peace of mind.
