So my nipples have been hard for like 48 hours straight now... I have never experienced this before, but they are constantly hard, red, swollen, etc without any relief for the past two days. I run so I thought it may have been friction which caused it, but I left them be in super loose tops or tops with nipples/boob support and it didn't help much. I iced them as well which felt great as they feel warm to the touch. Has anyone experienced this? I am about a week from my period.
