i’ve had breakthrough bleeding since two weeks and i’m starting to worry since i’ve got period like cramps and blood clots on my pad every day. i feel bloated and really feels like having a period but i take my pill continuously to not have my period. does that mean i might have ovulated ? is there a chance of pregnancy ? thanks

If you are taking ur pill correctly there is no way you have ovulated. Sometimes skipping breaks can cause breakthrough bleeding.

Hi, see a doctor to get checked out, they may do a smear to see if everything looks okay.

@ghost_poetry Glad to hear you got checked out. That’s odd that they don’t do smears when asked for one? If that were me I would complain and ask another doctor to do one.

@ghost_poetry Not to alarm you but cramping daily and passing clots could actually be a miscarriage. I’ve had tons of them at different stages. They bloat you out and you get cramping. But you saw the doctor and got checked out, so they know what they are doing. You could go back and show your pad if you haven’t already done so.

@Marj_066 thank you for the information. I am probably going to change doctors (because this one never actually « cares » about what i ask) and make an appointment asap.
