How long does break through bleeding last? I was supposed to have my 7 daybreak two weeks ago and this week I started bleeding but it’s getting heavier with clots etc even when I am on my break it only lasts about 3 to 4 days

Unfortunately there’s no way to know how long it will last, it can last anywhere from hours to weeks.

I've had breakthrough bleeding last a few days, and other times multiple weeks (6-7) until I forced myself to take a break week in order to stop it. I try to skip my breaks as often as possible.
