Does anyone else get super self-conscious during sex? I don’t get self-conscious about my body, but rather my face/sounds. It’s a turnoff for me as I am constantly thinking about it.

I can relate to some degree, but I am asexual (greysexual?) idk still figuring it out lol. Some days I feel confident, some days I feel the way you describe. You’re definitely not alone.

Sounds silly but honestly watch slow-mo video or photos of professional tennis players. They make the weirdest facial expressions and grunts/sounds. It's completely normal in any physical activity.

Thank you both! @falafels_ I’m the same way, sometimes I’m super confident and others it’ll take me way longer to finish due to me overthinking @aurielle that is a great point! I never thought about it like that to be honest. I personally watch porn and don’t compare myself to them while watching, but I guess on a subconscious level during the act I do.

@Lemongrass_ Yes, every time. Even about my body sometimes. It's impacting my sex life a lot. I'm sorry you're going through this, it's horrible.
