how soon should UTI symptoms subside after starting antibiotics? I’m on my 3rd day of taking keflex 500mg 4x daily. I still am experiencing painful symptoms and wondering if I should be concerned.

Finish your antibiotics and if you’re still experiencing symptoms I would call your dr.

I had a UTI not that long ago, i finished my whole course of antibiotics and still had mild symptoms after but they eventually went in a few days. I would just wait it out and drink TONSSS of water .

Last time I had an UTI I had to finish 2 courses of antibiotics before it cleared up 😬
