I am sorry I hope this isn’t TMI I am just looking for some answers because I am a bit concerned. I have sex pretty often with my partner. Suddenly it feels like the outside of my vagina is sore like a burning sensation when touched and when inserting a tampon felt the same. Did I somehow get a rash from sex or a possible infection?.

are you having any other symptoms? change in discharge, change in amount of urination, etc

Is it only burning when touched? If that’s all that’s going on then maybe the area’s just irritated/sore from lots of touching

@onthepillxo no there is no smell or unusual discharge other then the brown discharge I have been having and same scent.

it could just be friction but if it doesn’t go away in time, it’s most likely an infection. definitely get it checked out if it’s still occurring.

I would get it checked out just in case. It could be a yeast infection, or even a bacterial infection of some kind? Or your body might just be a little sensitive if you’re having sex very regularly
