Hi everyone,
In the last while I’ve been experiencing pain in my boobs. Not all the time, but some mornings when I sit up they are sore or when I try to go for a run (even in a good sports bra) they are sore.
I’m wondering in Ireland, is it just a GP’s appointment to get checked or does it have to be a breast clinic?
Happy to hear anyone’s experiences!

Sore breasts are a normal side effect of all hormonal birth control. It also happens during your natural menstrual cycle even if you're not on bc

@aurielle thanks for the reply! I know it’s a side effect but I was wondering is it normal to this extent? Like being too sore to go for a run or just standing up out of bed

Hmm that does seem a bit strange. Would be worth talking to your doctor.

@Door_ yes I've personally experience that level of soreness but only for short periods of time. It eventually goes away.
