Hi everyone, I’m in europe and I will travel to vegas this week for a week. I’m nervous with time zone change I will mess up the pills, do you have any tips how to keep regulate it?

As that’s a combined pill as long as you take a pill a day you’re good. I’d recommend just taking it at the time you usually do despite the time difference, so you’re less likely to miss it.
