i’ve been on the pill for 7 years and me and my boyfriend broke up. I want to get off of it, any tips?

Keep in mind that side effects are normal as you adjust to being off the pill and your periods/bleeding may be irregular for a while. Make sure you have a backup method of contraception around in case you're sexually active again.
