How long have you been on the pill? If you’ve been on active for more than 7 days you should be protected even on your break days, my period didn’t start straight away on my placeo pills either don’t worry it should come soon! but if you’ve finished a whole week of the placebo pills take a pregnancy test

If you've been taking your pills correctly there's nothing to worry about even if he did finish inside you, that's what the pill is for

If you don’t trust your birth control you really should be using condoms as well.. the pull out method does absolutely nothing. If you use your pills correctly you won’t get pregnant.
