How do ppl get into a routine at the gym? I’ve tried public gyms but I hate them so I would much rather stay at home and do it but I just can’t get into the routine 😫!

Basically I got into a routine by starting every day with the gym, as soon as I wake up I brush my teeth and go. And after I come back I shower and eat breakfast, that’s my favorite way to do it

I used to have a weekly breakdown of what days I would work out each body part (ie: Monday: arms, Tuesday: legs, Wednesday: rest…and so on) I also make sure that I had my clothes selected the day before that way I wouldn’t get distracted and just get ready quickly. I think it all comes down to having structure with your day overall and stick to your routine. I also did some research and put together some routines or saved videos that I knew I was able to handle.
