I accidentally left my birth control pack in the car overnight. My car is in a garage attached to my house, so it doesn’t get quite as warm as it would outside. It would have been from about 4pm yesterday to 10am today. Is it still okay? I don’t think my insurance would cover a new pack and it’s expensive without insurance. Or should I just use extra protection while I use this pack? Brand: Slynd

Chances are that if it was liveable temperatures and the pills weren’t exposed to direct sunlight it would be fine. Do they look okay?

@yi_eune They look fine. The pack was in my little fabric pouch holder and then also inside my purse.
