From a quick google Microgynon 50 is available on the market but I don’t remember anyone ever mentioning it on here so idk if it’s commonly prescribed. Talk to your doctor if you’re looking for a higher dose (you probably already know but just in case, dosage doesn’t change protection levels, it’s just some people have less side effects on higher doses and others on lower doses)

Most pills these days do not go over 30-35 because the higher doses come with more risks.
