Severe diarrhoea, like 5/6+ episodes of completely liquid stool within 24 hours counts as a missed pill, multiple episodes of completely liquid stool for several days in a row also means your protection is compromised. Basically if your bowels are completely emptied the pill’s hormones haven’t been absorbed into the bloodstream. And if it’s not that severe you’re fine.
