Take a week off to heal. Then make sure your doing at least 15min of foreplay before sex. The longer the better! Oral for you beforehand. Enter slowly with water based lube. Deep breathes. You should be relaxed enough not to tear. If your doing all that and no positive change, visit an OBGYN
