need help please!!! i’m back home for reading week and i only brought my one pack of pills and i only have 4 pills (including today) before i start my break week. but i left my other packs of pills at my home near my university which is hours away, and i wont be back until this sunday, which means i’ll miss 3 pills at the beginning of my new pack. should i miss the next few days and start my break early? and then take the three pills when i go back on sunday? i haven’t had sex in two weeks since me and my partner are long distance, and wont have sex this week, only until halloween pill: alysena 28

I don’t see how starting your break now or your normal day would make any difference? If you can start your new pack on time after your then there’s no issue. You’re not at risk of pregnancy but it is best to just take your pills as instructed in regards of side effects, and take the lesson for next time you go away. For now maybe you could contact a pharmacy nearby so you can buy a spare pack.

@Yi_eune i don’t think i’ll be able to since i get a 3-pack every time my prescription renews, and i won’t be able to get another pack for another month or so. should i just continue taking one pill a day when i go back? or should i take two pills on the first day back

@viiv77 missing 3 pills you'll basically be starting over taking birth control so take one pill per day and you're not protected until you've had 7 pills
