TW: Sexual Assault Can I just say I find it beyond frustrating when TV shows don’t have specific content warnings for episodes involving sexual abuse/rape? I don’t understand how it’s 2020 and this is still not always displayed before potentially triggering episodes. My boyfriend and I started a new tv series called “Jack Ryan” and one one of the episodes we just watched showed a near rape of a Muslim woman. The perpetrator was killed before anything progressed, but even the intention had me on the verge of tears. I was abused as a child but never physically assaulted, and I still find that kind of content VERY triggering. I’m sorry if this is a bit of a graphic post but I really just wanted to rant about this because to me it’s just ridiculous that specific content warnings are not a thing.

I totally agree! I watched a show that had such a graphic episode, and I wished they warned me about it...
