I started my pack yesterday. Took my pill 9:30am. I just vomit 3:15am (the next day). I have not taken my pill yet for the day. Is yesterday’s pill counting as missed now!?

No your pill is absorbed after 3-4 hours.

Vomiting only affects the pill if you throw up within 3 hours of taking a pill.
