anyone else struggling to have a libido? im not sure if its just me or my birth control, and i really have no idea how to even bring up such a thing. its been a year since ive actually been interested, and im afraid i wont even WANT to have kids ifykwim 😅

yes lots of people’s libidos turn really low on birth control, that happened to me and is one of the main reasons I’m switching to copper IUD (got it yesterday!) from what I’ve heard, things tend to go back to normal whenever you get off the pill. but it could take a while depending on how long you’ve been on the pill

It’s possible birth control may affect your libido but it can also be affected by a lot of factors in your life such as stress, partners treating you badly, fatigue, low self esteem, and the list goes on.
