Hi there I’m just wondering if I should expect any side effects on stopping birth control (apri 28) I just want to stop taking birth control for my mental health as well

You can experience side effects and withdrawal effects up until 12-16 months after stopping. It’s just something you’ll have to get through, adjusting being off. Most people won’t notice much but there is a possibility it takes long.
