How should I keep my pills cool in this heatwave? I have a small pouch I leave it in and always out of sunlight but as it heats up, I want to make sure it stays safe when I go outside. There’s insulin cooler cases but that could bring it way below room temperature which is also bad. Any bag brands/methods anyone recommends?

I also have this concern. I have just been keeping my pill out of sunlight so in a drawer that isn’t near the window.
