How long does it take the body to adjust to being off birth control? Going on 10 years on it. Thinking of coming off.

It differs per person but there is a possibility for it to take 12-16 months.

I’ve also read that different forms of birth control change this too. Some take a long time before you’re back to normal fertility again, while others it could be faster. I don’t recall which were which but that info is out there!
