Aren’t all of your pills the same color since it’s just a combination pill

@Pandafan1 yes they are all white but doesn’t each pill have different doses

From your pamphlet Each white, round, flat-faced, bevelled-edge tablet, engraved with "150" on one side and "30" on the other side, contains 150 µg of levonorgestrel and 30 µg of ethinyl estradiol. They are the same pill since they are the same color. You aren’t on a triphasic pill you are on a monophasic pill

Unless you are on a triphasic pill that has different dosages then it doesn’t matter since they are all the same color. You are fine
