hey, currently on my break of the pill and haven’t yet had my period- i still have 5 days before my new pack starts but if i don’t get my period in these 5 days do i still start the next pack in 5 days?

changes in bleeding is very common on the pill, some people may just not have a bleed and that’s completely normal. if you’re worried about pregnancy, as long as you’ve been taking your pills correctly you should have nothing to worry about.

@ccmmkk the same thing happened to me and i went to the doctors to see why i hadn’t got a period. She said to take my pill like normal after my break and if i was worried to a test in weeks time but my period eventually came after 4 days

bleeding is irrelevant on the pill as it’s a synthetic bleed, it’s not a real period

bleeding, or lack of, doesn’t tell you if you’re pregnant or not
