Keep taking the pill on schedule, don't change because of bleeding. Bleeding during your active pills is a normal side effect and its called breakthrough bleeding

Always take your pill as it’s supposed to be taken, experiencing side effects like irregular bleeding does not change how your pill is supposed to be taken.

So I have started my four box now I know I need to stop for a week but will my period come back again ??

@Jhonnysexton you can’t predict when you’ll bleed. Just make sure you use the pill correctly, if you’re using it correctly it doesn’t matter whether you bleed or not. You no longer get real natural period on the pill BTW, bleeding on break weeks/not bleeding/irregular bleeding are just side effects of the pill

When I log it here does it matter to if I take it too early or too late as no one could take it the exact same time every day with work school

@Jhonnysexton you’re on a combined pill right? Depending on your pill brand you need to take it within 12 or 24 hours of the time you’re due to take it. Check your pill’s pamphlet to confirm.
For example if you take it at 8am everyday then if it’s a 12 hour window it’s not counted as a missed pill until you haven’t taken it by 8pm that day, if it’s a 24 hour window then it’s not counted as missed until you haven’t taken it by 8am the following day.
So yes it’s okay to not take it at exactly the same time every day

Would it be good to wear daily liners not to destroy the underwear

@Jhonnysexton I would just have period products in your bag or work locker or whatever. Personally I don’t think it’s worth wearing liners full time just in case. Some people don’t get irregular bleeding for months or years at a time
