Is it normal to not get very wet? If I’m with a new partner and it’s all new and exciting I get VERY wet. But every other time I don’t and I feel very conscious of it. Even if I’m by myself and I orgasm with toys, nothing comes out, I can’t squirt, I don’t get any more wet. I’ve been with my bf 2 years and I still enjoy having sex with him ofc, but we could be kissing for ages and I’m turned on, doing all the foreplay everything but I just don’t get as wet - to the point we HAVE to use saliva or lube otherwise it won’t be any fun for either of us lol. I get a little wet inside but tbh I don’t think it’s much different to just a vaginas natural librication in general? Sorry if that is TMI but I’m really insecure of it atm??

The short answer is yes it's normal and there's nothing wrong with using lube! I pretty much use it every time because even if I'm wet wetter is better. But I do experience the same thing as you where I get super wet if the experience is all new and exciting but it takes a bit more effort with a long-term partner. It's important to make sure you're doing things that excite you and turn you on, this may mean trying some new stuff together or finding ways to get in touch with your sex drive. This will help you get more wet naturally but again, absolutely nothing wrong with needing lube. Lots of factors can affect lubrication including birth control and how hydrated you are. Also squirting is far from the norm, not everyone does or does in all circumstances so it's perfectly normal if nothing "comes out"
