Being on the pill for years now on & off. Started again last May take 21 pills them break for 7days. In August i decided to take them continually no break so i don’t get breakthrough bleeding, being working great until Tuesday i had a dot of blood when wiping same this morning. I feel like im experiencing cramps too is this normal will taking the pill with no break. This is the 1st time it’s happened to me . Yes it is normal, just because you don’t take a break does not mean you won’t experience any bleeding. Any bleeding while taking active pills is considered breakthrough bleeding and is a common side effect of the pill. There is no guarantee to stop bleeds.

Just so annoying . Thought i’d solved it nit having to worry about any withdrawal bleed of any kind. Was going to take a 7 day break but i’ll keep going . It’s just dots for now

When I was on the pill I usually bled after 7-8 months of taking it non-stop. It’s unfortunate but it is what it is.
