trying my hardest to not struggle with vaping/alcohol today (which i’ve had issues with in the past) because my mum was driving my car today and rendered it undriveable because my timing belt is gone:/ she’s left her on car the same way so stress levels are 📈📈📈 and the urge to smoke/sub smoking for drink is high, i remember the feeling of addictively vaping my sister’s vape when stressed and tbh the nicotine rush just made me feel more anxious, so suppose there’s that.. and not being able to actually drive anywhere to buy anything to satisfy this craving, i know things could be a lot worse but thinking about how other people have it harder when your own ptsd/anxiety makes you miserable in situations like this isn’t easy.. and doesn’t make you feel anymore grateful or mindful🙄 here’s hoping it’s fixable but by god, is it irritating and just a whole ripple effect of no car > no way to work > can’t work > work issues > getting cabin fever from being in the house > can’t travel to socialise to feel better > anxiety📈📈📈📈📈 lol
