I have been taking birth control regularly and 3 days ago, I had sex and ejaculated inside me. And now I’m having slight cramps and I’m sooooo nervous. Idk what to do to calm this anxiety.

If you take your pills correctly you are protected and have no reason to be nervous!

When I started birth control, I used condoms alongside it until I felt fully confident and completely understood how my birth control protects me. If you’re having intense anxiety about this, that might be worth doing for a while.
