PAP SMEAR 🚨: I got my first Pap smear and pelvic exam and i started having leg cramps. Now I have pelvic pain, leg cramps, arm pain and sometimes back pain. It’s been 3 days, I’m worried. Has anyone had this before.

I believe it’s normal to have some pelvic pain after a pap, and maybe lower back pain. I had a little discomfort after mine that went away within hours / maybe a day. I saw your other post about having endo, maybe the pap just triggered those endo symptoms? I would recommend just calling your doctors office and mention your discomfort, they’ll likely give you some answers

Thank you so much! I think it definitely triggered it and my period is due in a day or two. So mixed emotions probably.
