Hey all, looking for some advice bc I made a really silly mistake with my pill break :(
I started my pill break on Saturday but I’ve fallen ill and in my flu brain fog I realised I didn’t want to deal with my withdrawal bleed this week and started a new pack tonight. I immediately panicked and realised that’s probably just counted as 2 missed pills rather than a small break and so now I’m wondering if I’ll need to wait 7 pills until I’m protected again?
I had all of my 21 pills before my “break” perfectly on time and I’m on rigevidon if that changes anything <3
