Hello! I e mentioned about diarrhea concerns on her before but this time…. Oof Took combo pill at 9:34ish then had a put 3-4 episodes of straight soup diarrhea within 3 hrs of taking pill and continuing throughout day. That obviously made me nervous so I took a Plan B around midnight. Was this a good call and I shouldn’t worry and continue to finish out last week of actives? Besides this I haven’t missed a pill in pack. 💊💊💊💊💊💤💤💤💤💤💤💤💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊🔶💊⏱ Brand: Ortho Tri-Cyclen Lo

The general guidelines around diarrhea is 5-6 trips/cups of complete liquid stool within a 24 hour period means your absorption may be affected. You probably didn’t need the plan B because you could’ve missed a pill and be completely fine. Please be more mindful of that in the future, as emergency contraception has a huge amount of hormones which are very likely to cause side effects for the upcoming weeks to even months. Just letting you know that the pull it method does not achieve anything in regards to preventing pregnancy, if you’re nervous about that you’re better off using condoms xx

It was probably a missed pill but on a combined pill you can miss one and remain protected
