I take my birth control on time but I forgot to take it one day this past weekend and today I’m spotting and little to no cramps. I don’t start my cycle until 13 days from now what could be going on??!

Being irregular with the pill can cause irregular bleeding.

It could also just be breakthrough bleeding, which is normal.
