Your pamphlet should contain information about how to swap pills. But generally the idea is to skip your break week and go straight into taking the new pill in order to not lose protection.

You need to check your new pamphlet and follow those instructions in order to swap safely. If you can’t do that you should not have sex without a condom during your break week and the first 7 days of your new pills.
