In general all birth control methods have the same type of side effects, if that is what you’re searching for. I wouldn’t recommend looking up online posts about birth control as experienced can vastly differ person to person, and people only tend to leave reviews when they’ve had a negative experience and don’t leave any messages behind when things are going well.
