I’m so depressed. I feel like it’s my birth control even though I’m feeling the symptoms a year later. There is no reason for me to be sad I just am generally not happy and I just can’t seem to enjoy life anymore and I have spoken to a couple ppl about it and they all have said they stopped birth control because it caused them depression even after a year later. Has anyone else experienced this?

I experienced it in the beginning when I first started on birth control but after my body adjusted to it I started feeling better. Maybe speak to your doctor about this

About 4 months (adjustment phase is 3-6) even after though I felt sh*tty at times But then I changed pills and I havent experienced it since @kAthy67

No im on a combination pill (Junel Fe 1.5/30)
