So I’m in a different time zone than at home, and I took my pill an hour earlier than I would (so a 8 am here, but 7 am at home when it would be 8 am at home). Do I need to adjust my time to take the pill now, or am I still protected? I’m on Hailey FE 1/20 (combo)

(I did it on accident, out of habit with my phone alarm, because it goes off at 8 for my pill).

One hour makes no difference in the effectiveness of the pill, all pills have a usage window. For most combined pills it is 24 hours but there are a few that maintain a 12 hour usage window. Check your pamphlet to find out for your pill. For now just take it at whatever time suits you, 7 or 8 in the morning.
